How can I change my password?

Home Portal users

Option 1. Change the password while logged in

  1. Use your current password to sign in to the XTRF Home Portal.

  2. Click the icon in the top right-hand corner.

     

  3. From the drop-down menu, select the Change Password option.

  4. On the Change Password page:

    1. Enter the current password.

    2. Enter and confirm the new password, preferably a strong one.

    3. Click the Save button.

       

If your new password doesn’t meet the requirements set by the Home Portal administrator, you will receive one or several warnings pointing to the password weaknesses. To learn more about password strength rules, see the
