How to set a default contact person to a client?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to set a Default Contact Person for the client.

A Default Contact Person can be chosen only for the Price Profile. When you create a new Project, you choose the Price Profile for it. If there is no Default Contact Person assigned to the Price Profile, the system automatically assigns the last added Contact Person to the Client profile.

When there is a specific person assigned to a Price Profile, the system takes this person as a default contact person.

To set a Default Contact Person in a Price Profile, please go to the Client’s Profile and click Edit. Choose Rates tab, then click on the Edit price profile button. You will now see a drop-down menu to assign a Default Contact Person:
