How to select a default workflow for each client?
Currently, in XTRF, it is not possible to link workflow to a particular client. In this case, we can offer two workarounds:
If your clients use the Client Portal to purchase orders, then you can limit their choice in the portal. To do this, you will need to:
Open Client’s profile → navigate to the Portal Settings tab → click Edit → deselect the checkbox Use default services → pick Services you would like a client to use (you can create new ones if you like).
Services are linked with particular workflows, so in this way, you can connect them to a particular client. Press the Save button.
While creating a new workflow or editing an existing one designed for a particular client, you can add the Client's name or a reference to the client to the workflow name. This will make it easier for PMs to find client-specific workflows.
