Why are my e-mails not sent?
If your XTRF e-mails were not delivered to their recipients, they have most likely been redirected to your XTRF administrator's email address.
Check whether e-mails were redirected to the admin e-mail
To check whether this was the source of the problem, perform the following steps:
Go to the Configuration menu → General Configuration → Settings → E-mail.
Check whether the Redirected All Mail to Admin checkbox is deselected. If this checkbox is selected, click the Edit button at the bottom of the page and deselect it.
Test the result:
Enter your own e-mail address into the Send Test E-mail to field.
Click the Test button.
If an error message appears, check that your other settings are correct. For details, see the Configure e-mail settings guide.
Click the Save button.

If the problem is not solved, check the sections below:
The test was successful, but the e-mail was not received
Your mail server could treat XTRF e-mails as spam. A server considers a message to be spam by checking various indicators and using thresholds. The indicators and thresholds vary greatly and depend solely on your provider's policy. Your server could classify XTRF e-mails as spam because XTRF is an automated system, and all e-mails (excluding CRM) are semi-automated. If you believe this to cause the problem, you may need to contact your e-mail service provider for verification.
The test was successful, but the e-mail was received only at the test address and not at other addresses
For on-premise instances: Scroll down to the CRM Bulk Mailing section and check your queuing settings. If queuing is enabled, your e-mails may have been queued and will be sent soon.
Contact the XTRF Support
If the issue persists, contact the XTRF Support Team.
For on-premise instances, attach the server.log
file to your request.
To download this file, perform the following steps:
Go to the Configuration menu → System Information → Browse Logs.
Select the server.log checkbox.
Click the Selection button.
Click the Download button.
The current day's log file does not have a date included in the filename.
