Log in to the Home Portal

  1. When admins create a user for you on the Home Portal, they usually send you a welcome e-mail.

  2. Follow the link from the e-mail. You will be directed to the login page.

  3. Click the Forgot password? link.

  4. Enter your e-mail and click the Send Password Reset E-mail button. You will receive an e-mail with a link to the Change Your Password page.

  5. Enter a secure password and click the Change Password button.

  6. Click the Log in button or return to the login page.

  7. To log in to the Home Portal, enter your username and the newly set password, and click the Log in button.

Sometimes the links to the Home Portal, Vendor Portal, and Client Portal can be mixed up, and you may accidentally sign in to the wrong portal.
To avoid such situations, before logging in, hover over the currently open tab header and check its name:

  • Sign in to *your company name* Home Portal

  • Sign in to *your company name* Vendor Portal

  • Sign in to Client Portal
