Is LISA evaluation mandatory in Smart projects?

In a nutshell, yes, but only for assigned evaluators.

In Smart projects, PMs can assign vendors to evaluate preceding jobs by selecting the Allow the vendor selected in this step to evaluate checkbox in the Evaluation section in step configuration.

You can enable evaluation in process templates (for details, see Step 8.f. in the Add a Smart process template guide) or in the Process Designer (for details, see the https://help.xtm.cloud/xtrf/home-portal/modules/en/job-configuration-side-panel.html article).

In this case, LISA evaluation is mandatory for assigned vendors.

However, if the checkbox in the Evaluation section was not selected in a specific process, vendors are not required to complete the evaluation form.
