Reset your Client Portal password

If you have forgotten your password for the Client Portal or want to reset your password for security reasons, perform the following steps:

  1. Open your Client Portal sign-in page.

  2. Click the Having trouble signing in? button.

  3. Enter your e-mail and click the Send Password Reset E-mail button.

    You will shortly receive an e-mail with the XTRF password reset subject.

  4. Click the I want to reset my XTRF password link.

     

  5. Enter your new password in the field.


     

  6. Click the Change Password button. Now, you can sign in using your new password.
