Reset your Client Portal password
If you have forgotten your password for the Client Portal or want to reset your password for security reasons, perform the following steps:
Open your Client Portal sign-in page.
Click the Having trouble signing in? button.
Enter your e-mail and click the Send Password Reset E-mail button.

You will shortly receive an e-mail with the XTRF password reset subject.
Click the I want to reset my XTRF password link.

Enter your new password in the field.

Click the Change Password button. Now, you can sign in using your new password.
