Administrators/project managers

  1. Go to Projects Project list, click on the context menu of a particular project, select Open XTM Workbench and choose a relevant target language (if there is more than one).

Choose a relevant source file (if there is more than one), a workflow step, a particular user with which you want to enter Workbench, select the Read-only checkbox if you do not want to edit the file, and finally click Open.

Good to know!

Files opened in Read-only mode are locked and cannot be edited. You can see lock icons displayed next to the segment statuses in XTM Workbench. Segments might also be locked if another user is currently editing them.
