Global level

As a user with the Administrator role, go to Configuration → Settings → Translation → Workflow and access → Linguist general options, and select the Allow setup of File upload/download options by project managers option.

Open

Do not forget to save the changes.

Customer level

To configure file download/upload settings for a Customer, go to Customers → Customer list, and select a relevant customer.

In Settings you will find the File upload/download by linguist section.

Here you can select one of the following options: System default (Yes), Yes, No.

• If you select System default (Yes), the file types selected at system level will be pre-selected at customer level and they will not be editable.

• If you select Yes, the file types selected at system level will be pre-selected at customer level, but it will be possible to edit the selection. Choose the file types that might be downloaded by linguists.

• If you select No, linguists will not be able to download or upload files for projects assigned to this specific Customer.

Do not forget to save the changes.

Project level

To configure file download/upload settings for a project, go to Projects → Project list, and select a relevant project.

In General info you will find the File upload/download by linguists section. Tick file types that can be downloaded.

Project template level

To configure file upload/download settings at project template level, go to Projects → Templates, and select a relevant project template (see How to create a project template to find out how to create a project template).

Go to Project details, you will find the File upload/download by linguists section. Select the file types that can be downloaded by linguists.
