How to set up automatic time tracking in projects
Introduction
If automatic time tracking is enabled, time tracking starts once the Linguist activates a segment in edit mode, in XTM Workbench. This article shows how to enable automatic time tracking in XTM Cloud.
Instructions
Automatic time tracking measures the total time that a particular user spends on a specific task, in XTM Workbench, in the “Edit" mode.
As a user with the Administrator role, go to Configuration → Settings → Projects → Time tracking and enable Automatic time tracking.
When automatic time tracking is enabled, you, as a project manager, can select Project editor → Statistics to check the time spent on a workflow step by a specific linguist. To do so, open the Data for a relevant file, with a particular user.
