How to find a user ID

Introduction

The user ID is one of the most important pieces of information for the XTM International Support team, when it comes to handling a case, or for identification purposes. Also, in the vast majority of cases, a user ID is one of the first items requested by the XTM International Support team.

Guidelines

Project managers/administrators can find out the project ID in two places within the XTM Cloud UI:

  1. Users → User list.

Once there, click on the information tooltip on the right-hand side of a particular project to display its ID:
