How to find a customer ID

Introduction

The Customer ID is frequently requested by the XTM International Support team when resolving various issues raised by clients. Every newly-created customer is assigned one.

Guidelines

Project managers can find out the Customer ID in two places within the XTM Cloud UI:

  1. Go to Customers → Customer list: click on the information tooltip on the right-hand side of the page to display the Customer ID.

  1. Go to Project editor → Workflow → Job context menu → Additional Job details.

  1. The said information is displayed at the bottom.
