Provide your feedback on the Client Portal
When your project comes to an end and its status changes to Closed, the Leave Feedback button appears in the main display of the project. It allows you to approve the whole project or leave a complaint, all with the possibility to comment on what was done right and what needs improvements.
To provide a feedback, perform the following steps:
Sign into the Client Portal.
Go to the Projects module.
Click on the project in question.
Click the Leave feedback button. The Leave feedback pop-up window appears.
From the Feedback Type drop-down list, select the desired status:
Approval – approbation of the project. Adding an approval does not change the status of the project.
Complaint – a reclamation of the project. It changes the project status to Complaint until your complaint is resolved.
IMPORTANT!
The Complaint status is available only for Classic Projects!
For closed Smart Projects, feedback can be added by the client from the Client Portal or by a Home Portal user. In both cases, the status of the Smart Project will be changed from Closed to Started in the Home Portal, and from Closed to Open in the Client Portal.
From the Target Languages drop-down, select the language your feedback is related to. If you leave this field empty, the feedback will be addressed to the entire project.
In the Description field, specify your approval or complaint.
Click the Add button.
