Locale: Adding your team members to Locale

Introduction

You can easily add members of your team to your Locale workspace too. Each member has full access to the workspace to make adding, removing, and managing projects and their progress even easier.


What you will need to get started

  1. The Login link for Locale.

  2. Login information for your Locale instance.

    1. A trial account can also be taken for free by going to Locale and selecting the “Get Started” button.


Instructions

  1. Start by logging into your Locale workspace and starting with the dashboard. Select the Settings option in the bottom left of the page.

  2. Next, select the Team tab at the top of the page, and you will be able to see which members of your team already have access to your workspace.

  1. To add additional team members, simply enter their email address and click invite. Each person will get an email with an invite link to create a password, and join the Locale workspace.

If you have multiple people to add to your workspace, multiple emails can be entered into the invite box, just make sure to separate them by a comma before hitting Invite.

  1. The person will receive an email invitation to the email address indicated, similar to the one below.

  1. Accepting the invitation will bring them to a password creation screen. After creating a password, they can log in to Locale.
