Sign in to the Client Portal
To sign in to the Client Portal for the first time, follow the instructions sent to you in the welcome email by your language service provider.
Follow the link from the e-mail. You will be directed to the sign-in page.
Click the Having trouble signing in? link. You will receive an e-mail with a link to the password reset page.
Provide a secure password and click the Change Password button.
Click the Sign in button or return to the sign-in page.
To sign in to the Client Portal, enter your e-mail address and the newly set password, and click the Sign in button.
