Restore the default content of notification templates

The notification templates are messages informing about a specific event, for example, when a vendor is selected for a job or a job is completed. They consist of predefined content and recipients list. The Home Portal sends those notifications automatically when a particular event occurs. There is a list of default notification templates available on your Home Portal. You can use those default templates or customize their content to suit your needs better. If at any point you are not satisfied with your custom changes to the notification template, you can always restore its default content.

To restore the default content of a notification template, perform the following steps:

  1. Sign in to the XTRF Home Portal.

  2. Go to the Configuration menu → Templates → Notifications → Templates tab.

  3. On the list of notification templates, select the one where you want to restore the content, and click the icon.

  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Restore E-mail and text message button.

To restore the content of a localized notification template, select the desired version in the menu on the left and click the ‘Restore E-mail and text message’ button.

  5. Confirm the changes in the pop-up that appears.

  6. Click the Save or Save and Exit button.

To learn more about notification templates, see the https://help.xtm.cloud/xtrf/home-portal/configuration-menu/en/notifications.html section.
