In Kontent.ai, there are two ways in which XTM Cloud project names are generated automatically, depending on the number of content items you submit within the framework of one XTM Cloud project.

Note that this feature is optional and the name itself can be changed any time, during project creation. Change it in the Project Name field on the left-hand side of the XTM Connect translation plugin.

The project name for a single content item consists of three components: first, a prefix (not obligatory). This will have been defined in the settings for a particular user, in the Users section of the Kentico Kontent administrator panel:

Then, the name of the Kontent.ai project is added, followed by the content item's name, for example: KENTICO_Sajzik Project_Sajzik Content item.

By default, when you select a single content item from the listing, the content item’s name is added to the Description field. You can always change the description later.

The project’s name for multiple content items also consists of three components: first, a prefix (not obligatory). This will have been defined in the settings for a particular user, in the Users section of the Kentico Kontent administrator panel:

Then, the phrase MANY CONTENTS is added, followed by a unique numeric content group ID, for example: KENTICO_MANY_CONTENTS_2023070403542.

By default, when you select multiple content items from the listing, the names of these content items are added to the Description field. Each name is separated with a comma. You can always change the description later.
