Introduction
While attempting to log into XTM Connect – Google Sheets, you might sometimes come across the following error, which prevents you from getting in: Authorization is required to perform that action.
Despite rechecking your login credentials a few times, the issue persists and access to the connector is blocked.
Instructions
To resolve the problem, you need to perform standard troubleshooting steps, just to rule out the possibility of a connection issue being at fault.
Below are the basic steps you can follow to troubleshoot your issue:
Clear your web browser’s cache (see Clear your web browser's cache, cookies, and history for help),
Try another browser to see if the issue also persists there,
Try accessing the connector in private (Incognito) mode (see How to turn on Incognito Mode for help),
Try running your web browser without plugins and/or extensions,
If you are using a wireless connection, check if connecting to the Internet using a network cable helps or reset your router,
Check your proxy or firewall settings.
Usually, clearing the cache or going through incognito mode solves the problem!
Raising a JSM issue to XTM Support
Before raising a ticket to the XTM International Support team, reporting the access problem, make sure that all the steps detailed above have been followed and confirmed! |
