If some members of your company use the Home Portal in a different language, you may want to add localized names to the system values. Localized names can be added to all basic and advanced system values as well as some other entities, such as expressions or custom fields.

To add a localized value, perform the following steps:

  1. Go to the (blue star) Configuration menu and locate the system value or entity in question.

  2. Open it in edit mode.

  3. Locate and click the Show Localized Names link in the Name or Localized Values section.

    The Localized Name section will appear.

  4. Click the Add Localized Value button. The Add Localized Value pop-up window will appear. 

  5. Select the desired Language.

  6. In the New Value field, provide the user group name in the selected language.

  7. Click the Save button. The new name will appear in the Localized Name section.

  8. Click the Save or Save and Exit button at the bottom of the page.
