Introduction
XTM Connect - Figma offers three ways of importing the content that was already translated in XTM:
Import jobs separately;
Import all jobs;
Periodically import jobs every “X” minutes.
The above options can be enabled in the user settings of the Figma administrator panel: Ways of import translated content.
Keep in mind that they are not mutually exclusive. For instance, if you have selected both Import jobs separately and Periodically import jobs every “X” minutes, you still have have the option to manually import the finished job if you do not want to wait until next automatic import.
Description
Import jobs separately
As the name suggests, this option allows you to import individual XTM jobs as they are finished in XTM, in the Translation queue section of the XTM Connect - Figma plugin. Click on the Import icon on the right-hand side of a given job.
Import all jobs
As the name suggests, this option allows you to import all XTM jobs at once that are finished in XTM at the moment, in the Translation queue section of the XTM Connect - Figma plugin. Click on the Import all button at the top of the panel.
Periodically import jobs every “X” minutes
As the name suggests, this option allows you to import all XTM jobs that are finished in XTM, at a certain interval (minutes), which you can freely set up within the said option. Keep in mind that the automatic import will work even though you are not logged in the XTM Connect - Figma plugin at the moment.
