Guidelines
The list of projects is inherited from the Simple or Advanced search results. To change the criteria of projects displayed, go to the Simple search or Advanced search sections and return to the Actions section after the list includes all projects you need.
Alternatively, you can use the predefined smart project filters before you make the selection and click the Run button (please, click here for more information).
Simple search
As a user with the project manager role, go to Projects → Project list → Actions. From the drop-down menu in the Basic section, select the action you want to perform on multiple files.
2. Select projects that are subject to the action you want to perform. To select all projects, check the box in the column header row. Then click the Run button.
3. A confirmation message will pop up.
Advanced search
As a user with the project manager role, go to Projects → Project list → Advanced search. Select the search criteria for projects and hit Search.
2. Switch over to the Actions tab. From the drop-down menu in the Basic section, select the action you want to perform on multiple files and select projects that are subject to the action you want to perform by checking the box in the column header row. Then click the Run button.
3. A confirmation message will pop up.
