You might be wondering why the terms in a project are not highlighted in blue immediately after you create the a project and open XTM Workbench. The solution (administrative privileges required!) is to enable the Match terms in analysis option in Configuration → Settings → Translation → Terminology → Terminology engines → Match terms in analysis.

To enable the highlighting of stemmed words in XTM Workbench, you need to select the Highlight all term variants option in Configuration → Settings → Translation → Terminology → Terminology options → Highlight all term variants.

If you want the terms that have no translations to be highlighted in XTM Workbench, you need to select the Decorate terms without translations option in Configuration → Settings → Translation → Terminology → Terminology options → Decorate terms without translations.

IMPORTANT! It is important to note the difference between two terminology-related options that can be found in the QA profile’s settings: Translation of a term not found → it means that there exists a translation in the XTM Cloud Terminology base, for the target language in question, but it is different than whatever is actually inserted in XTM Workbench. Translation of term does not exist in terminology → it means that there is a source term but there is no translation for the target language that is currently being displayed in XTM Workbench.
