Guidelines

The projects list is inherited from the Simple or Advanced search results. To change the criteria by which projects are filtered and displayed, go to the Simple search or Advanced search section. Change the search criteria and run the search again. Return to the Actions section after the list contains all the projects you need.

Alternatively, use the predefined smart project filters to find them, and click the Run button (click here see How to configure and use smart filters for more information).

Simple search

  1. As a user with the Project Manager role, go to Projects → Project list → Actions. From the dropdown menu in the Basic section, select the action that you want to perform on multiple files.
