Place images in a ZIP folder. They must be zipped directly, as files, and not as a folder. To do that, you must select all files (not just the directory they are in) and add them to the ZIP folder.

Uploaded images must have names that correspond to generated segment IDs in XTM Workbench. The segment ID images feature creates a column that lists images that have been uploaded. Each image is assigned to the segment that has the same segment ID as the image’s name. Therefore, when you want to add an image file to a specific string, the image file must have have a segment ID that has been defined in the ZIP file that you upload.

Is it possible to display Segment ID Images in target files?
XTM Cloud does not offer a possibility to export Segment ID Images externally, i.e. outside of the XTM editor. The Images are displayed only in the XTM Workbench, based on a special configuration implemented on the back-end side of your XTM instance, that allows to extract Segment IDs.
For this reason, it is not possible to preserve those Images in any project-specific type of file that has been generated in the XTM Cloud UI.
