Home Portal users

Option 1. Change the password while logged in

  1. Use your current password to sign in to the XTRF Home Portal.

  2. Click the (blue star) icon in the top right-hand corner.

  3. In From the drop-down menu, select the Change Password option.

  4. On the Change Password page:

    1. Enter the current password.

    2. Enter and confirm the new password, preferably a strong one.

    3. Click the Save button.

If your new password doesn’t meet requirements set by the Home Portal administrator, you will receive one or several warnings pointing to the password weaknesses. To learn more about password strength rules, see the guide.


Option 2. Reset your password

  1. On the sign-in page, click the I forgot my password link.

  2. Enter your E-mail address orHome Portal Username and click the Send Password Reset E-mail button.

  3. If the provided username or e-mail address exists in the system, you will receive an e-mail with a password reset link valid for one hour.

  4. Open the e-mail and click on the I want to reset my XTRF password link

  5. Provide your new password and click the Change Password button.

  6. You will be directed to the sign-in page. Provide your username and the newly created password to sign in to the Home Portal.


Client Portal users

Option 1. Change the password while logged in

  1. Use your current password to sign in to the XTRF Client Portal.

  2. Click the (blue star) icon in the top right-hand corner.

  3. From the drop-down menu, select the My account option.

  4. In the Account Preferences pop-up:

    1. Go to the Settings tab.

    2. Click the Change password button.

    3. Enter the current password.

    4. Enter and confirm the new password, preferably a strong one.

    5. Click the Save new password button.

If your new password doesn’t meet requirements set by the XTRF administrator, you will receive one or several warnings pointing to the password weaknesses. To learn more about password strength rules, see the guide.


Option 2. Reset your password

  1. On the sign-in page, click the Having trouble signing in? link.

  2. Enter youre-mail address orClient Portal Username and click the Send Password Reset E-mail button.

  3. If the provided username or e-mail address exists in the system, you will receive an e-mail with a password reset link valid for one hour.

  4. Open the e-mail and click on the I want to reset my XTRF password link.

  5. Provide your new password and click the Change Password button.

  6. You will be directed to the sign-in page. Provide your e-mail and the newly created password to sign in to the Client Portal.


Vendor Portal users

Option 1. Change the password while logged in

  1. Use your current password to sign in to the XTRF Vendor Portal.

  2. Click the (blue star) icon in the top right-hand corner.

  3. From the drop-down menu, select the My Account option.

  4. On the User: (My Account) page, click the Edit button in the top right-hand corner.

  5. Scroll down to the Credentials card.

  6. Enter your current and new passwords.
    Note: If your new password doesn’t meet the requirements set by the XTRF administrator, we will point to the password weaknesses under the New Password field. To learn more about password strength rules, see the guide.

  7. Click the Save Changes button in the top right-hand corner.


Option 2. Reset your password

  1. On the sign-in page, click the I forgot my password link.

  2. Enter youre-mail address and click the Send Password Reset E-mail button.

  3. If the provided e-mail address exists in the system, you will receive an e-mail with a password reset link valid for three hours.

  4. Open the e-mail and click on the Reset my password for Vendor Portal link.

  5. Provide your new password and click the Reset Password button.

  6. You will be directed to the sign-in page. Provide your e-mail and the newly created password to sign in to the Vendor Portal.
