To accept or reject a quote on the Client Portal, perform the following steps:

  1. Sign into the Client Portal.

  2. Go to the Quotes module.

  3. On the quotes list, click on the quote’s name. You’ll be directed to the quote’s overview.

  4. Click one of the buttons at the bottom to Accept Quote or Reject Quote. In both cases, the notification about your decision is sent to your language service provider.
