Exporting data from XTRF
On the XTRF Home Portal, you can export almost any available view into a CSV file. To do so, perform the following steps:
Sign in to the XTRF Home Portal.
Go to the view you want to export.
Click the Export button in the top right-hand corner. An Export Data pop-up appears.
(For Classic views only) Select the Entity Name.
From the Export type drop-down list, select the desired option:
CSV with Tab
CSV with Semicolon
CSV with Comma.
Provide a Secondary CSV Separator.
Click the Export button.
XTRF will generate a .csv file and, depending on your browser, save the file on your computer.
Change the encoding of the CSV
To change the default encoding used by XTRF, perform the following steps:
Go to the Configuration menu > General Configuration > Settings > Defaults tab.
Click the Edit button at the bottom of the page.
Go to the Files section.
Select another option from the Default Encoding of CSV Files (Export) drop-down list.
Click the Save button.
In the same Files section, you can also select the default and secondary separators.
