You might be wondering why the terms in a project are not highlighted in blue immediately after you create the a project and open XTM Workbench. The solution (administrative privileges required!) is to enable the Match terms in analysis option in Configuration → Settings → Translation → Terminology → Terminology engines Match terms in analysis.
