Populate target with source → If there is no translation has been inserted in the target segment in XTM Workbench, such segments it will be populated with the source text in the report.

Comments | It shows linguists' linguist comments (if they exist) from XTM Workbench for a given particular segment. If the Show usernames setting is activatedselected, the column also displays the date , time and and time at which a comment was made, and the username of the user who made a commentit. |
Date created | It shows the date and time when the first translation version was created for a given particular segment. Therefore, if the segment receives a pre-populated match is inserted in the segment, the date will point to an actual project creation date. Filename | It shows the name of the file that a given particular segment comes from since (one report can be generated for multiple files). |

Revisions | It shows all the translation versions of for a given particular segment except for the last one, starting from whatever was inserted at the beginningentered first. As mentioned, the final manual translation of a segment does not count as a revision; therefore, it will not be displayed in the column.

Pre-translated text | It shows a pure text, unedited by a linguist, text coming directly from a pre-populated MT/TM match, if the project settings allowed sopermitted this. The bold label at the top of the text indicates that an actual match that was has been applied. |
Post-edited text | The column shows the linguist’s very first manual revision of a text that has been machine-translated or TM pre-populated textfrom a TM.

Final text | It shows the text which is a the final translation version of a given particular segment in XTM Workbench and as such so will be displayed in a target document. Mind you Note that the workflow step name in boldpoints out to indicates the step where in which this final version was inserted/the segment containing this version status was confirmed, so it does not necessarily have to be the last step in the workflow. A linguist might as well have entered begun work on the project in one of the previous steps and performed made the change there. |

Further, Also keep in mind that the “Workbench” "XTM Workbench" version of the Extended table allows for obtaining only those restricts the segment selection to segments which have been filtered in XTM Workbench. In other words, you can first filter specific segments using in-built XTM Workbench filters and then download the segments' segment data in the form of the said report.
