Guidelines
The projects list of projects is inherited from the Simple or Advanced search results. To change the criteria of by which projects are filtered and displayed, go to the Simple search or Advanced search sections and return section. Change the search criteria and run the search again. Return to the Actions section after the list includes contains all the projects you need.
Alternatively, you can use the predefined smart project filters before you make the selection to find them, and click the Run button (please, click here for more information).
Simple search
As a user with the project manager Project Manager role, go to Projects → Project list → Actions. From the drop-down dropdown menu in the Basic section, select the action that you want to perform on multiple files.

2. Select projects that are subject to the action for which you want to perform the action. To select all projects, select the check the box in the column header row. Then click the Run button.

Advanced search
As a user with the project manager Project Manager role, go to Projects → Project list → Advanced search. Select the search criteria for the projects your require and hit then select Search.

2. Switch over to Open the Actions tab. From the drop-down dropdown menu in the Basic section, select the action that you want to perform on multiple files and . Then select projects that are subject to the action the projects for which you want to perform apply this action by checking selecting the box checkbox in the column header row. Then click the Run button.
