Select a Customer to export your TM from (you can select all of them).
Select a Source language (you can choose all of them → in such a case, if you do so, the target language is set to “All” "All" by default).
Specify a Project to export your TM from (you can select all of them).
Select a Status to determine specify if you wish want to export a TM which is approved, not approved or both TM.
Select the Type to determine set the file format of for your export. Please, keep Keep in mind about the restriction in terms of acceptable concerning valid file extensions: TMX, XLS, single language XLIFF file.
Finally, click on the Export button.

Optionally: In Segment ID, select click on the three dots icon on the right-hand side to open a popup. Then type enter or paste multiple source file segment IDs to in the Segment ID popup. |
IMPORTANT!
Please, keep Keep in mind that Segment ID matching must be enabled for your XTM instance in order to make use of Cloud instance before this option can be used.
Also, please, only enter only one segment ID per line!

5. Once the TM is has been exported, its corresponding status will be that of Done. It will be listed in the Status column underneath under the export form, and the file can be downloaded.
