Introduction

The project ID is one of the most crucial things when it comes to handling a given project, be it for management or identification purposes. Each and every new project created in XTM receives one. Also, in the vast majority of cases, a project ID is one of the first items requested by the XTM support team when resolving various issues raised by clients.


Guidelines

Project managers can obtain the project ID in three places within the XTM UI:

  1. Projects → Project list, the informatory tooltip on the right-hand side of the page when clicked on:

Good to know!

While raising a formal ticket to the XTM support team, please, make use of the Report problem form that you can find in the context menu of a given project:

The project ID will be comprised within this form and, by the same token, visible to the XTM support agent.
