Allow the requested access. The Connect XTRF instance pop-up will appear.
Click the Let’s go! button to proceed. You will be directed to the XTRF Email Assistant instance page.
Provide your XTRF URL (e.g., https://yourcompanyname.xtrf.eu). 💡 To get the XTRF URL, log in to your XTRF in another tab and copy the address.
Provide the XTRF API Access Token. To get the token, perform the following steps:
Go to the XTRFHome Portal > top menu bar > Personal Settings > My Account > Access Tokens tab.
Click the Edit button.
Click the Generate button. Below the table displaying the old tokens, the A new access token has just been generated section will appear,followed by the token number.
If you are authorized to make decisions regarding active features on the XTRF instance, please contact the XTRF Helpdesk and create a request to remove the Email Assistant service from your license.
This action will be performed within a timeframe described in the support terms and conditions.
The Email Assistant will not analyze any further emails from the accounts connected to your XTRF instance.
No new accounts will be allowed to connect to that XTRF instance as well.
