Q: Is there any API for customer feedback view? I’m trying to API on our test instance to get information from the customer feedback view, but API is returning information that there’s no information in the view. I’ve looked at documentation, but I can’t find something like /browser/views/{viewId}/rows which would allow me to pull data out from the rows.
A: Unfortunately, Home Portal does not have an API for feedback, but there is an option to download a CSV file containing the rows using endpoint: browser/csv
