Change Smart job details in bulk

Change Smart job details in bulk

When you need to apply the same changes to multiple Smart jobs, you can use the ‘Bulk change’ functionality. This way, you can edit job dates (planned start date and deadline) and assign vendors to up to 100 jobs in a single action.

You cannot perform a bulk change in jobs with the Ready or Canceled status, or in jobs that have already been invoiced.

To edit the details of multiple Smart jobs, perform the following steps:

  1. In the Projects module, select the Jobs tab.

  1. Select the required Smart jobs and click the Multiple Change button at the top right-hand corner of the screen. Alternatively, right-click the selected jobs and click the Multiple Change button in the popup menu. The Bulk change popup will be displayed.

Use the Smart view filters to refine the job list. To restrict the current view to Smart jobs, select Yes in the Smart Project filter. For details about customizing Smart views, see the https://xtm-cloud.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/XKB/pages/3378413681 guide.
