This document is intended for Server Administrators with sufficient technical skills.
This guide explains the procedure for updating XTRF 10 on Windows Server OS.
The instructions differ slightly depending on your current operating system.
Please note that installing XTRF on the Windows Server has been deprecated. It will no longer be available with XTRF 11. Please review your options for migrating to a different, supported hosting platform.
Ensure that your server meets the requirements listed in the following article: Server requirements.
Download the jboss-xtrf-full-10.x.y.zip file from XTRF Self-Service Manager.
Stop all XTRF services from services.msc.
A VM snapshot is recommended, and a database backup is strongly recommended. Please follow the instructions in the link: Database backup.
Rename the
C:\jboss-xtrf\folder toC:\jboss-xtrf_OLD_yyyy-mm-dd.Extract the downloaded archive to

C:\jboss-xtrf\bin\standalone.local.bat, based on the previous version.Run as administator the

Starting with 9.3, this step is critical.Copy all custom applications (*.war) from the old
standalone/custom-deployments/to a new Tomcat directory.Start all XTRF services via services.msc. Note that this may include newly created services.
