Use the XTRF AI Copilot
This is a CLOSED BETA feature, only available to selected clients. It cannot be requested yet.
Introduction
XTRF Agentic AI Copilot that can autonomously perform selected Home Portal actions on behalf of a Home Portal user. It is an artificial intelligence (AI)-driven feature that uses Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate textual responses. XTRF AI Copilot's responses can contain incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect information (hallucinations). Ensure you double-check its responses and recommendations.
XTRF AI Copilot chat box
You can communicate with AI Copilot using its chat box in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. This chat box is displayed automatically every time you log in to the XTRF Home Portal, on all Home Portal pages. If the chat box has been minimized, click the icon – a multicolor circle in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
To minimize the chat box without losing your conversation history, click the icon in the top right-hand corner of the chat box. This can be useful when the chat box covers useful information or interface elements.
To view the documentation for the XTRF AI Copilot, click the icon in the top right-hand corner of the chat box.
To clear your conversation history, click the icon in the top right-hand corner of the chat box.
Your conversation history will also be cleared each time you log out of the Home Portal.
To hide the icon, minimize the chat box as described above, then hover over the icon and click the icon.
To activate the AI Copilot again, refresh the page. The icon will reappear at its usual place.
The icon will also reappear when you open another Home Portal page.
Communicate with XTRF AI Copilot
Each text you send to the AI Copilot is counted as a message. Depending on your plan, the number of messages per month might be limited.
AI Copilot’s answers are NOT counted as messages.
To request an action or ask the AI Copilot a question, type your query or command in the Ask me… field at the bottom of the chat box and press Enter or click the icon. In a few seconds, the AI Copilot’s response will appear in the chat box.
Use natural language – you do not have to enter any specific phrases or words. If the AI Copilot does not understand you, it will ask you for clarification.
You can use the suggested messages listed in the chat box. To do so, hover over the question or request and click the icon next to it.
To modify a suggest messages before sending it, click on the relevant line in the chat box. The selected message will appear in the Ask me… field. Edit the message and click the ‘arrow’ icon to send it to the XTRF AI Copilot.
To get more suggested messages, click the More suggestions line.
As XTRF AI Copilot uses LLMs for textual responses, its answers might differ each time you ask the same question or send the same request.
If AI Copilot returns an error, we recommend clearing the conversation using the icon in the top right-hand corner of the chat box.
