Give access to the Client Portal to multiple users

If a client has several users (client contact persons) who can request quotes and launch projects, those users need access to the Client Portal. To grant them access to the Client Portal, perform the following steps:

  1. Open the required client contact person profile in edit mode.

  2. Open the Account Data tab.

  1. Select the Client Portal Access Allowed checkbox.

  2. (Optional) Configure the additional Client Portal setting displayed below:

    • In the Manage section, you can limit this user’s access to quotes. To do so, select the required option from the dropdown. You can limit access rights to quotes and projects this user is assigned to (Only related quotes/projects) or link them to a certain office (Department or Default office).
      For full access, select the All selected offices option.

    • To limit this user’s right to approve or reject quotes, select the Can Only See Quotes radio button.

    • In the grid below, use the checkboxes to assign or deny specific rights.

  3. Click the Send Welcome E-mail button. Now this client contact person can access the Client Portal.
