XTRF/Zapier Integration

Every client can use Zapier Integration. XTRF/Zapier integration requires the use of an API.

Enabling of Zapier and access is free of charge except for the API calls it generates.

The number of API calls generated monthly determines the threshold that applies to you. Based on the monthly usage, we issue a quarterly invoice in advance. You can always see your current and past API usage with some additional details (like user/token breakdown)in the self-service manager (log in with your Jira credentials).

To proceed with enabling Zapier Integration, please contact the Helpdesk Support team and provide the list of users' emails that should be added there.
