XTRF and MemoQ Integration: Error when trying to launch a project with a MemoQ integration
Introduction
Sometimes, you might receive the following error message when trying to launch a project with the MemoQ integration:
Integration with CAT tool memoQ-10 is malfunctioning. Details: Integration error: To validate strong password requirements, the client must send the password in plain text. Please make this change in the client. Click for details.
How to solve the problem
Turn off the settings in the screenshot below:

Check the User Group settings to which the vendor belongs and whether such group exists in a CAT tool.
If actions from P.1 and P.2 do not solve the problem check if the integration shows no errors if you select the “Terminologists” group instead of the “memoQweb external use” group, and restart your memoQ server. This might solve the issue. Terminologists are the default memoQ user group. If the integration works correctly with this group, try setting up “memoQweb external use” again from scratch.
