Contentful: How to resolve the issue with XTM Connect widget not appearing in Contentful
Introduction
You might sometimes encounter an issue that the Xtm connect widget is missing on the right-hand side of the Contentful UI, after you have logged in to the CMS.
Solution
The simplest solution to this problem is:
clearing your browser’s cache (see Clear your web browser's cache, cookies, and history for help), OR
accessing XTM Cloud in private (Incognito) mode (see How to turn on Incognito Mode for help).
