AEM: How to restart the TranslationConfigService component

Guidelines

One of the items the XTM International Support team might request for during the issue resolution process is to perform restart of the TranslationConfigService component on the AEM side. Below you will find a step-by-step guide to how to achieve this:

  1. Go to Adobe Experience Manager → Tools → OperationsWeb Console.

  1. Go to OSGi Components.

  1. Using the CRTL + F key combination, search for the com.adobe.granite.translation.core.impl.TranslationConfigService component.

  1. Disable it by using the DISABLE button the right-hand side.

  1. Refresh the page.

  2. Find the component and ENABLE it again.
