New features and improvements

  • Automatic project synchronization. The connector now keeps your translation projects in sync with XTM Cloud automatically in the background (scheduled task). Project statuses and completed translations are updated without needing to refresh or check manually.

  • Bulk selection of translation jobs. You can now select multiple jobs at once using batch-level checkboxes in the jobs view, making it faster to manage larger sets of translations.

  • Better performance and lower server load. Reduced the frequency of background requests to XTM Cloud by caching account and instance information, improving responsiveness and reducing load on your server.

  • Clearer project list labels. Improved labels in the project list for a more intuitive overview of your translations.

  • More readable messages. On-screen notifications and error messages are now shown as easy-to-read bulleted lists.

Bug fixes

  • Improved stability. Prevented fatal errors that could occur in certain configurations, making the plugin more robust.

  • Fixed missing translation files. Resolved a problem where differences in language codes between WordPress/WPML and XTM Cloud could cause a "Translation file not found" error. Completed translations now download reliably.

  • Smoother updates and activation. Fixed the database update process and hardened plugin activation/reactivation so upgrades run reliably and without errors.

  • No unnecessary re-downloads. Projects that are already finished in XTM Cloud are no longer re-synchronized or re-downloaded, preventing duplicate work and confusion in the project list.

  • Reliable connection test. Fixed the connection test so it reports the status of your XTM Cloud connection correctly.

  • Reliable default template. Fixed an issue where the saved default project template was not restored on the settings page — your chosen template is now correctly pre-selected when the page loads.

  • More reliable project deletion. Fixed the project deletion flow and related error handling so deleted projects are handled correctly.

  • More reliable project cancellation and creation. Fixed project cancellation and automated project creation so these actions behave consistently and communicate their result clearly.

  • WordPress 7.0 WPML Job List ready. Fixed the WPML Jobs list filter bar so the Status, From, and To labels display correctly next to their dropdowns.
