Project Management

Confidential Customer Updates: We’ve introduced advanced user access right management for non-standard and confidential customers in relation to translation memory and terminology. A detailed audit log of changes and unauthorized access attempts is now also available in the backend.

Costs and Rate Cards

Rate Cards Import: It is now possible to import rate cards for internal users or LSPs. Project Managers can either download a sample file as a template with tooltips detailing preferred data format for each cell, or export existing rate cards, modify them, and import them back into XTM Cloud.

XTM Intelligent Score updates

We’ve updated XTM Intelligent Score to give you the flexibility of using only GPT or only Gemini, depending on your company requirements and restrictions.

Project Management

Project Analysis Monitoring: Project Managers will now see a progress indicator in the Project Editor and Workflow tabs while the project is in analysis. Additionally, a new Analysis Status column in the Project list gives you clear information about the project analysis stage.
This provides transparency especially when analyzing large projects.

Granular TM Settings: The system TM settings can now be managed also at Customer and Project or Template level under the new TM and Terminology section. This gives Project Manager additional control when managing quality with TM and MT or LLM workflows.

Access to Filter Templates: Project Managers are now able to create and modify file parsers and additional file configuration options in the Filter Template tab. This functionality was previously exposed only to users with the Administrator role.

Workbench

Improved Visibility in Collaborative Workflows: When multiple users are assigned to the same task and work concurrently, changes to translation, comments, and status made by each user are now going to be visible (in read-only mode) much faster even in segments locked by other users. This gives more peace of mind and increased visibility into each other’s work.

XTM API

We’ve introduced several REST API improvements to provide you with better workflow management options and benefit from more advanced XTM integrations.

• Advanced User Search: There is a new REST API method to return users matching advanced criteria, including filters such as usernames, subject matters, and availability. The response provides key information like quality rate and current workload filtered by tasks that are not started, started, or finished.

• Advanced Target File Generation Options: It is now possible to generate target files after a specific workflow step.

• Improved bundle management: It is now possible to move bundles to the next or previous workflow step.

Besides, the REST API documentation has been improved to provide better user experience:

• Improved and unified responses across multiple API methods when statuses 40X are returned (for example, when project is cancelled or in analysis).

• Fixed multiple REST API documentation typos, wrong data types, missing details.
