XTM Agent now goes live!

After a successful Beta program, XTM Agent now goes live! XTM Agent now empowers project managers to prioritize projects and manage resources more effectively. Besides, XTM Agent can help Project Managers get up to speed in XTM Cloud faster, serving as an on-demand knowledge base.

Some of the recent improvements we have introduced based on Beta tester feedback include:

XTM Agent can assign users to project workflows
XTM Agent can recommend users as project assignees
XTM Agent provides more accurate responses, with fewer hallucinations
responses are now 32% faster
the XTM Agent icon can be moved on the screen with drag and drop
responses can now be easily and quickly copied to the clipboard
small bugs and UI glitches were fixed for better user experience

XTM Agent is currently available only to users with Project Manager role.

XTM Agent as knowledge base will be rolled out to all XTM instances as of January 2026 free of charge.

Intelligent Score and Intelligent Workflow Improvements

We listened to our early adopters and implemented several improvements to the Intelligent Score and Intelligent Workflow features.

The Intelligent Score popup in Workbench now provides more insights into the scoring process, showing the detailed breakdown per quality category.
The output of the AI-generated translations can now be further customized thanks to the ability to define style rules per project. Learn more.
The Intelligent Workflow logic has been refined. Workflow steps are now automatically closed only if all segments in a file are above the quality threshold.

These improvements have already been rolled out with the latest 25.5 packages. Reach out to your account manager if you would like to make sure you are running on the latest version.

Intelligent Post-Editing

XTM Cloud now supports automatic post-editing via LLMs! Add an automatic post-editing step in your workflow to increase your productivity and improve your turnaround times. This is great for both hybrid (human + MT/LLM) or fully automated (MT/LMM) workflows, depending on your quality and compliance requirements.

This feature will be rolled out in stages to eligible 25.6 instances as of January.

Project Management

Users Page improvements: The Users page now comes with additional functionality. You will be able to search for a user or LSP also based on one or multiple IDs (divided by | ). This will be especially helpful when cross-checking user references with the API.
When searching for single IDs, the search will return any users containing the relevant number anywhere in the user record (for example also in the name or email address).

Customers Page Refresh: The Customers page look and feel has been refreshed. Besides, you will be able to benefit from improved search, sorting and filtering options.

General

Accessibility improvements: The Tasks page and Workbench have been improved to better comply with WCAG standards.

File Processing

VTT file parser: VTT files can now be parsed and analyzed in XTM Cloud projects.

XTM API

Client and Customer Callbacks: It is now possible to retrieve, create, modify or delete callbacks for an XTM instance or specific XTM Customer.
Delete users: It is now possible to delete users via REST API.

XTM Cloud 25.6
