xaia: The New XTM Copilot for Project Managers: Introducing xaia, the advanced XTM Copilot designed to enhance project management efficiency through Agentic AI. This innovative tool assists project managers in prioritizing projects effectively and accessing essential project-related information.
xaia also serves as a dynamic knowledge base, enabling project managers to quickly familiarize themselves with XTM Cloud.

AI Translation & Intelligent Score - Phase 1: after a successful Beta program during v25.3, the first phase of this functionality goes live! (See Public Release). Additionally, we are gradually rolling out new capabilities to a closed group of Beta testers. During v25.4, beta testers will be able to use this functionality with their own LLM keys, as well as during project analysis – for faster, and more compliant translations.

Intelligent Workflow based on Intelligent Score: Project Managers can now manage workflows more efficiently thanks to the option to automatically close post-editing or review steps based on Intelligent Scores per job.

AI Translation & Intelligent Score - Phase 1: Leverage the power of 3 LLMs to accurately translate and at the same time score the LLM-generated translations. Get context-aware translations in line with your TM, Terminology and subject matter. Get confidence scores in line with the MQM industry standard. Project Management

Enhanced User Filtering: User management is now more streamlined with the introduction of advanced filtering options. Filter users, user groups, and LSPs by language combinations to manage your team with greater efficiency.

XTM API

Reanalyze Projects at File, Job or Language level: API-driven project management just got easier thanks to the new endpoints to reanalyze single files, jobs or languages. Additionally, the analysisFinishedCallback has been updated accordingly to return the information about the scope of the analysis.

Extended Response of Project Search Methods:

  • The REST API method to search for projects based on specific criteria now enables project managers to use the following parameters:

    • project creators (user id)

    • project managers (user id)

  • The REST API methods to search for multiple projects now provide more information in the response:

    • Word count

    • Remaining weighted word count

    • Total weighted word count

    • Project creator (user id)

    • Project manager (user id, if available)

Unassign Users From Workflow: There is now a new REST API method to unassign users from project workflows.
