Status Page Basics for Clients
Introduction
Use the status page to quickly check service health, review incidents, and follow maintenance updates for the product you use. Each environment or service has its own page. You can usually find the correct link from a maintenance notice or incident communication when scheduled work or an active issue is in progress.
The status page shows current service availability and recent incident history. A reference example is XTM Cloud Status.
What you can do on a status page
Check whether the service is operational.
Review active incidents and scheduled maintenance.
Read updates as an issue progresses.
See whether a problem has been resolved.
Subscribe for notifications.
How to find the right status page
Open the maintenance or incident communication you received.
Find the status page link included in that message.
Open the page for the specific environment or service affected.
IMPORTANT!
Each page has its own status view. Do not assume that one product's status page reflects another environment or service.
How to check current service status
Look at the top of the page for the overall service state.
Check for messages such as All systems operational, maintenance notices, or incident banners.
If there is an active issue, open the incident entry to read the latest updates.
What you see | What it means | What you should do |
|---|---|---|
All systems operational | No known service disruption is currently reported on that page | Continue working normally |
Scheduled maintenance | Planned work is underway or upcoming | Review the maintenance window and expected impact |
Incident or degraded service | The team is investigating or resolving a problem | Read the latest update and monitor the page for changes |
How to follow incidents and maintenance
Select the active incident or maintenance item.
Read the summary to understand the impact.
Review the timeline updates for progress, workarounds, and resolution details.
Return to the page later or subscribe for updates if available.
If the issue is already mentioned on the status page, it is already worked on by the Support team.
How to subscribe to updates
Many status pages include a Subscribe option near the top of the page.
Click Subscribe.
Choose the available notification method on that page.
Confirm your subscription if prompted.
How to check Post-Mortem for the past incident
When post-mortem is available, it will show in one of two places:
When the incident was recent, it will show up on the main page.
When you want to preview post-mortem for the old incidents, you can access it via ‘Incident & maintenance history’ available in the bottom-right corner of the page.
When to use the status page vs. contact support
Situation | Best next step | Why |
|---|---|---|
You received a maintenance or incident message | Open the linked status page first | It provides the latest official update |
You suspect a wider outage | Check the status page before opening a ticket | You may find an existing incident already being tracked |
Your issue is specific to your account or configuration | Contact support | The status page covers shared service health, not account-specific troubleshooting |
