XTM Cloud offers grouping previously filtered projects, which makes accessing and managing multiple projects at once easier and much more effective.

To create a project group, take the steps below:

1. In XTM Cloud, go to Projects → Project list → Advanced search.

2. Apply relevant criteria to filter specific segments and click Save as.

3. A separate dialog window will pop up, where you need to fill in additional data:

• Type → Project group;

• Visible → Decide on the project group’s visibility;

• Name → Name your project group;

• Sort by → Choose your sorting criterium;

• Sort order → Choose your sending order;

• Decide whether or not you want to set this filter as a default one;

4. Finally, click Save.

5. Move on to the Project groups tab, to your newly created project group.
