How to Create a Project Group
Introduction
XTM Cloud offers grouping previously filtered projects, which makes accessing and managing multiple projects at once easier and much more effective.
Instructions
To create a project group, take the steps below:
In XTM Cloud, go to Projects → Project list → Advanced search.
Apply relevant criteria to filter specific segments and click Save as.
A separate dialog window will pop up, where you need to fill in additional data:
Type → Project group;
Visible → Decide on the project group’s visibility;
Name → Name your project group;
Sort by → Choose your sorting criterium;
Sort order → Choose your sending order;
Decide whether or not you want to set this filter as a default one;
Finally, click Save.
Move on to the Project groups tab, to your newly created project group.
By clicking on the project group, you can further manage the constituent projects in batch/
