If you are using your own AI solution, you have the option to enhance its search capacity by supplying it with all API materials which you have at your disposal in this Knowledge Base. For this purpose, you need to export a particular article to PDF format first. Follow the steps described in the Instructions section, below

1. When you are viewing a particular article, click on the … (More actions) icon in the top right-hand corner of the article.

2. Next, expand the Export option.

3. You can export the article to two possible formats: Word or PDF. For convenience, use the latter.

4. Finally, you jump to the PDF Exports page. Wait until the PDF file generation process is completed and then download the ready document by clicking on Download PDF.
