What is the Self-Service Manager (SSM)?

XTRF Self-Service Manager is an online assistant that helps you manage the business and administrative side of your relationship with XTRF.

In the SSM, you can, among other things:

  • check your license, instance, and API call details.

  • inspect suspicious resource access attempts.

  • request trainings, integrations, and trials.

  • increase your OnCloud storage quota.

How to access SSM?

Only users who can send requests to XTRF Support via Jira can access SSM.

To access the XTRF Self-Service Manager for the first time, perform the following steps:

  1. Open the SSM page via this link: https://ssm.xtrf.eu/.
    (blue star) If you have already logged in, the SSM main page will immediately open.

  1. Click the Log in with new (XTM Cloud) Jira account button. 

  2. Enter the credentials you use to log in to the XTRF Application Support page.

  3. Click the Proceed to SSM button in the center of the screen. You will be directed to the Self-Service Manager main page.

To enable access to the Self-Service Manager, contact XTRF Support.


Explore XTRF SSM

License Package

In this card, you can check your current license plan, the number of licensed users, your support status, and the amount of onCloud space available.

Your XTRF Contact

In this card, you can check your manager’s name and e-mail address.

Ask us about

In this card, you can request personalized online training and a license upgrade or downgrade.

After you click a request link, you can edit a predefined message to your manager.

Javadoc API documentation for macro development

In this card, you can download the latest set of tools and documentation for developing macros for XTRF:

  1. Click the Review the terms in order to download version* link.

  2. Read the disclaimer.

  3. Select the Agreement checkbox.

  4. Click the Agree and download button.

API calls for current and previous month

In this card, you can:

  • check and compare the number of API calls performed during the last two months.

  • download the displayed chart in SVG, PNG or CSV formats.

  • display a detailed report for last month’s API calls by clicking the Show details in the top right-hand corner.

Content Security Policy violations

This card is displayed if XTRF has registered resource access attempts that violate our Content Security Policy. Here you can check who made a suspicious attempt to access your content and when. For more detailed information about the listed violations, click the Click here for more details link.

Successful resource access attempts can result in altering or stealing data from your XTRF server. We recommend monitoring this section and responding accordingly to any listed threat.

Marketplace

The Marketplace card offers an array of optional features that can be enabled or unlocked for a trial period. Each request is processed individually.

The list of available features may vary depending on your license plan and features already enabled.

In this card, you can request the following:

  • Trials for the optional features, such as:

    • Branding.

    • Budget codes.

    • Smart Connectors.

    • A test instance.

In this card, you can check the following:

  • Details of your cloud instance,

  • Status and history of your SFTP access.

OnCloud storage quota

This card displays how much space there is left in the OnCloud storage.

When you enter the red zone, a new section will be displayed on the right, where you can request more storage space in the dropdown and direct SFTP access to your files.

This card displays your server space usage history for the last two years. Any past overuse will be marked in red.
